If you see something on the site that you are interested in then the first step is to telephone or email us to make sure that it is still available, and ask any other questions you may have. We can provide photos by email in most cases. You can visit our premises to hear the equipment and we can usually arrange home demonstrations at cost.

When emailing us please remember a few important things. Make the subject of your email clear...subject lines such as Hello, Hi, or No Subject end up in the spam bin. Please ask before sending attachments. Email is not our primary form of communication and although it may be faster for you to send an email, if you want a speedy service please phone! The phone is engaged a lot...thats because we are very busy..keep trying.

All prices are in British pounds. Where two prices are given the first price is the new cost of the item and the second price is our selling price.

All our stock is guaranteed and new items will have the manufacturers guarantee. New items must be paid for at time of order. We do reserve items on payment of a deposit which is non refundable.

Terms are pre payment and a one week trial on your behalf, equipment on the modern list is covered by a 3 month guarantee (parts and labour), UNLESS you blow it up through misuse, in which case you may wish to take advantage of our reasonable repair service

We accept cash, cheques drawn on a uk bank,bank transfer or debit/credit cards (not Amex). We recommend telephoning your card number for security reasons.

We also buy HiFi, Vintage and High End equipment and can often accept trade ins.
