Cyrus DAD 7 CD Player
The Cyrus DAD 7 cd player was a serious piece of kit back in the late 90's costing £900 at the time which would be over £2000 today!
The fabulous top-loading machine was noted for its use of the Phillips CDM9 ' swing-arm mechanism and the multi-bit Analogue Devices 18 bit dac chip.
This example is in good condition, there are polish surface scratches on the flip-up lid but generally very clean. Importantly, the DAD 7 plays without fault on official production CD's. The original remote had been lost many years ago and an Arcam remote replaces basic duties.
Clean, fast sound with great detail and timing, remains in control of proceedings without harshness.
Still a great bargain!
